The Hon’ble Chairman (Nominee) K.V. Damoh presided over the meeting of VMC of K.V.Damoh held on 19th May 2009 at 05:00 P.M. in the Office of the Principal K.V.Damoh.The following members were present in the meeting.

The Principal, K.V.Damoh welcomed the Chairman (Nominee), VMC K.V.Damoh and other distinguished members of the Committee. He then brought to the kind notice of all Hon’ble members the Vacancy Position of staff and informed that during this session most of Vacancies like Lab. Attendant –03,Librarian-01, TGT (S.St.)-01 has been filled up by permanent staff posted in the Vidyalaya.Posting of 03-PRT, 01-PGT (commerce) have been done by the Regional Office and they are likely to join within a week. One post of each PGT (Maths) and PGT (Economics) lying vacant. The Committee was also informed regarding the shortage of Labs and Classrooms and Estimate for Building already sent to KVS for Construction of Additional Rooms and Labs.
The Meeting added to Resource room for Primary Section under CMP e.g. One White Board and One Magnetic Board in each classroom, One Computer, One LCD Projector, One Over Head Projector and One Photo copier was also brought to the notice of VMC.
Other Agenda points approved by the VMC are as given below:
1. Study Material (HOT Questions) down loaded from ZIET website should be distributed among the students.Rs.10/-(Ten Only) per Subject are to be realized form the students and rest of the amount is to be paid from Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi.
2. Due to Power cut during School Hours for about 4 Hrs. daily, the students can’t utilize Computers in the Computer Lab. therefore VMC approved the proposal for the purchase of 10 KVA diesel Generator of good branded quality.

5. About 50 % of Glass panes of the Window are broken. Approval for the fitting of Plastic Sheet the dia 3 mm was approved by VMC.

6. VMC approved that Sweet may be distributed among the students on Independence Day and Republic Day @ Rs.10/-(Ten) per Student.
7. VMC approved that labours on daily wages should be engaged for cutting of grass/weeds in the lane area of the ground which is grown during rainy season become it is unsafe for the students due to number of snakes in the ground.
8. A Submersible Pump may be purchase for one of the Bore Well in the Vidyalaya Campus to meet water scarcity problem.
9. Computer AMC may be given to some Authorised dealer following KVS procedure.
10. Under CMP the students of Primary Section may be taken to a Historical Place etc.
As per KVS rules with in the range of 50-100 Kms.
